profile: technical or bachelor's degree graduate.
qualifications: recent graduates or minimum experience in payments or purchases.

scope of the role:
the p2p role involves leading the entire process from placing a purchase order to paying a supplier. Responsibilities include centralized purchase order placement via buyit, risk analysis through reports, purchase order split risk identification, documentation and follow-up, gr audits, tracking low-value spend, identifying and tracking blocked invoices, liaising with purchasing and suppliers for payment reconciliation, and ensuring timely payments. The role also involves developing internal controls, risk documentation, and implementing mitigation action plans.
