key responsibilities
* manage literature lifecycle: updates, version control, and compliance.
* maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets.
* coordinate workflows between creative, compliance, and production teams (traffic).
* support reporting for literature distribution.
* oversee print production workflows (litho & print on demand).
* manage vendors, specifications, and quality control for printed materials.
* coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution across locations.
* identify and improve workflow efficiencies.
must-have skills
* experience with t. M. Storefront (toppan merrill) or similar.
* strong knowledge of print production (paper types, color profiles, finishing).
* demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
* in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments.
* experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management.
* workflow/traffic coordination experience.
nice-to-have
* ai tooling proficiency: leverage one or more ai tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
* provide recommendations on effective ai use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
