*industrial engineer position*
the ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and developing improvement initiatives to support station/gateways operation on site. This includes executing base pdca or dmaic.
key responsibilities:
* prepare and monitor short-term and long-range plans regarding expansion procedures, staffing, equipment, vehicles, and products at the operations.
* provide technical training to personnel in workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions in areas such as operations, manning, contingency planning, productivity, cost effectiveness, and manpower scheduling.
* monitor productivity, service, and cost performance in all areas of operations and assist personnel in implementing required changes.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
* at least two years of experience working as an operation engineer in manufacturing or services areas.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
preferred skills:
* six sigma certification.
* lean manufacturing knowledge.
* iso9001 or other iso norm expertise.
* supply chain or logistics experience.
