Position objective
develop tooling and machinery for new product introduction and continuous improvement in operational kpi’s, troubleshooting process to achieve quality standards and optimize assets utilization.
roles & responsibilities
* develop complex tooling and machinery from the concept and up to final delivery protocol
* gd&t dimensional analysis and process-machinery and manual jigs troubleshooting
* tooling selection after cost and life analysis
* process manufacturing expert in machining, welding, molding and water jet
* work with control engineering for all automated needs
* 3d design and finite element analysis for manipulators design
* multitasking ability for several projects management
* high flexibility for sense of emergency
* troubleshoot robot position to adjust holes machined displacement
* follow brp values and behaviors.
* ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety-related topics.
* enforce quality brp policy.
position profile:
bachelor in: engineering or similar.
professional experience:
at least 3 years in: machinery design & mfg. environment
language:
* fluent in spanish written and verbal.
* english written and verbal (min: 80%).
* knowledge of french or german is an advantage.
technical skills (minimum desired)
1. 2d, 3d cad, gd&t
2. basic programming knowledge
3. diagnosis and adjustment of machinery
4. machining knowledge (welding, molding)
5. development of tools and machinery
6. project development and management
