*work activities*:
- place outbound and receive inbound member communication as directed.
- support with data entry activities within the software.
- attend all required training and complete compliance courses as assigned.
- provide courteous and efficient customer service.
- routinely generate reports.
*education and experience*
- at least two (2) years of work experience in a call center in billing, retentions, sales or tech support.
- bilingual - *english/spanish*
- strong computer skills.
- highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- results-oriented with excellent customer service and people skills.
