Hey! We’re scale up, and our client is looking to hire a founding product marketing manager for a saas startup.

type of employment: contractor (long-term)

work modality: 100% remote

work schedule: full-time

time zone: pacific time (west coast) – availability until 6:00 pm pt

location: latam

partnerships drive 30–50% of revenue for modern companies, yet most partner teams still rely on spreadsheets, email, slack, and crms that were never built for them—resulting in lost time, missed deals, and limited scalability.

our client has built an ai-native prm platform designed specifically for modern partnership teams. The product replaces manual workflows, reduces partner friction, and transforms partner activity into repeatable, measurable revenue. Their mission is to make partner revenue scalable and predictable.

they are a fast-growing, bootstrapped, and profitable saas company that achieved 600% yoy growth in 2025, working with leading organizations across the tech ecosystem. The team moves quickly, builds with intention, and is focused on solving high-impact problems in the partner tech space.


the role

our client is redefining the prm category and is looking to hire a founding product marketing manager to lead this function from the ground up.

reporting directly to the ceo, this is a true zero-to-one role where you will build and scale product marketing—owning positioning, leading product launches, and shaping how the company communicates its value to the market.

you will act as the connective layer between product and revenue, turning product innovation into clear commercial impact. As the first pmm hire, you’ll define how the function operates and eventually scale it into a team as the company grows.


what you’ll do

* define and own positioning and messaging, clearly differentiating the platform from legacy prm solutions
* establish the company’s voice in the market, shaping thought leadership, webinars, and customer education
* build and operationalize a launch cadence that turns product releases into commercial outcomes
* lead product launch strategy end-to-end, including narrative, audience, and go-to-market execution
* partner with marketing to ensure all campaigns and assets are product-accurate and revenue-driven
* enable sales and customer success with playbooks, decks, and training to improve win rates and expansion
* build customer proof strategies (case studies, roi data, references) to strengthen credibility
* own competitive and market intelligence across prm and adjacent ecosystem tools
* define and track product marketing kpis (message resonance, adoption, win rates, expansion impact)


what we’re looking for

* 8+ years of product marketing experience in b2b saas
* proven zero-to-one experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
* strong ability to define categories and craft differentiated narratives
* experience or familiarity with partner-led growth, channel revenue, or ecosystem platforms (prm, affiliate, or similar)
* comfortable working closely with executive leadership and operating without a predefined playbook
* demonstrated impact on revenue through launches, positioning, and enablement
* exceptional storytelling and writing skills
* strong analytical mindset, with experience leveraging win/loss, attribution, and adoption data
