We're hiring: lead creatorvaynermedia latam, mexico city not just a content maker. A content multiplier. At vaynermedia we're looking for a lead creator who can ideate at scale, execute at speed, and elevate the creative bar of everyone around them. Someone who doesn't just follow trends — they help define what culture looks like on the internet. And yes — someone who is as comfortable behind the content as they are in front of it. Because here... everyone is a creator. What will you do? Autonomously ideate high volumes of content across platforms & formats — with minimal guidance when needed create content that drives proven, high-impact consumer connections, measured by strong attention metrics analyze real-time performance and turn insights into smarter, faster content collaborate cross-functionally on rapid-fire requests & tight timelines contribute meaningful ideas in brainstorms, kick-offs & creative strategy conversations mentor and guide senior creators, creators & creator residents support broader creative teams (art directors, copywriters, strategists) on ideation & execution best practices lead by craft under the guidance of your a/cd, helping raise the standard across the agency concept, create and also appear in content — from social videos to cultural moments when the idea calls for it what are we looking for? 5–8 years of professional creative experience passion for content across platforms: social, streaming, ar, music, film, interactive & beyond advanced experience with tools such as: videography/photography: dslr editing: final cut / after effects writing: google docs / word design: adobe suite / google slides / canva superior end-to-end content creation skills (idea → execution → publishing) a proactive, accountable, self-starter mindset strong cross-functional collaboration skills natural leadership energy — mentoring, educating & elevating others comfort being on camera or participating in content when needed what success looks like you ideate and create at scale — speed + quality you know what works and build from it instinctively your work taps into culture and breaks advertising norms you help shape new storytelling formats across the agency your content drives attention and business impact you lead by example — making, appearing, experimenting how is this different from a creator role?
