We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled oracle database administrator to join our growing team. requirements
* 3+ years of experience supporting oracle 11g/12c
* strong with rman, data guard, and goldengate (or similar)
* skilled in sql tuning, awr/ash analysis, and oem
* comfortable on linux (rhel/centos) and/or windows server
* familiar with cloud deployments (oci, aws rds)
* bachelor’s in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
* oracle certified professional (ocp) preferred
* strong written/verbal communication and english proficiency
* analytical, independent, and detail-oriented
responsibilities:
* install & configure: deploy/maintain oracle databases (on-prem & cloud), handle patches and upgrades
* performance tuning: analyze reports, resolve sql issues, and optimize performance
* backup & recovery: design rman strategies, run recovery drills, maintain dr docs
* security: manage roles, permissions, auditing, and data masking
* monitoring: use oem/tools to automate tasks and monitor db health
* capacity planning: forecast needs and lead migrations/upgrades
* incident management: handle escalations and collaborate on resolution
* documentation: maintain runbooks, diagrams, logs, and monthly reports
