*position overview*key responsibilities*- coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments based on the founder's priorities.- send timely reminders and provide daily briefings on upcoming events and deadlines.- conduct cold calls to small businesses and non-profits to introduce our services, identify leads, and build relationships.- track and document outreach activities, responses, and progress to inform lead-generation strategies.*3.
travel research & coordination*- research and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and any necessary reservations.- create detailed travel itineraries that align with the founder's schedule and preferences.- monitor travel plans for any changes and adjust logistics as needed.*4.
marketing & seo support*- assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives, including basic seo tasks such as keyword research and content optimization.- help manage social media accounts and schedule posts to ensure consistency across all channels.- collaborate with the founder to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and client retention.*5.
content creation with canva*- use canva to design visually appealing graphics for social media, blog posts, presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials.- ensure all designs are brand-consistent and meet any specific requirements or deadlines.*6.
administrative & project support*- assist with project management by tracking progress on key tasks, setting reminders, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.- maintain and organize digital files, documents, and folders to ensure easy access and retrieval.- perform research and data collection on various topics as requested by the founder.*7.
ad hoc tasks & flexibility*- be available for miscellaneous administrative and personal tasks that may arise in the course of supporting the founder.- provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up zoom calls, taking notes, and following up on action items.
*skills & qualifications*- *proven experience*: minimum of 2-3 years as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.- *exceptional communication*: strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidence in cold calling.
proficient english- *tech-savvy & proactive*: proficiency with google workspace (gmail, calendar, drive, docs, sheets), microsoft office, and task management tools (e.g., asana, trello).- *strong organizational skills*: ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.- *canva skills*: proficient in using canva or similar design tools for content creation and branding.- *cold calling & lead generation abilities*: confidence in making cold calls to potential clients and strong skills in lead generation and follow-up
