this role will lead 3–5 direct reports and manage a span of * team members, with full p&l ownership.
the ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead client engagements, and enable long-term strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.key responsibilities:delivery & operations:- lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- manage p&l for clinical services across multiple sites, optimizing budget and resources.
- serve as operational liaison between project teams and vertical leads, ensuring effective communication.
- monitor performance dashboards, support escalation management, and implement monitoring improvements.
- optimize resource allocation across projects, shifts, and service lines.
- develop and execute business continuity and disaster recovery plans in coordination with gric.
- drive cross-functional collaboration to streamline service delivery.
- implement operational efficiency initiatives in collaboration with process excellence/transformation teams.leadership & team management:- foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

- 8-10 years in leadership roles managing clinical support functions (e.g., revenue cycle, coding, clinical documentation).
- proven experience managing p&l across multiple sites and optimizing budgets.
- experience as a licensed clinician (md, nurse, or allied health professional) is a plus.
- expertise in process improvement, project management, and service line expansion (lean six sigma experience preferred).
- strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- demonstrated ability in leading large teams and managing talent development.
- knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., hipaa).
