Job objective
manage and maintain the real estate company's website, ensuring its functionality, performance, and regular updates with listings, news, and relevant content.
additionally, provide basic technical support for the maintenance of computer equipment, networks, and internal systems.
main responsibilities
web management
- administer and maintain the corporate website and associated real estate portals.
- upload and update property listings on the website, including images, technical sheets.
- continuously improve website usability, speed, and accessibility (desktop and mobile).
- integrate tools such as maps, real estate crms, contact forms, and live chat.
- optimize the website for search engines (technical and content seo).
- monitor website traffic and generate reports (google analytics, search console).
- support the marketing team with campaigns, landing pages, and digital updates.
technical support and maintenance
- provide preventive and corrective maintenance to office computer equipment (pcs, laptops, printers).
- install and configure software, operating systems, and updates.
- coordinate with external providers for more complex technical solutions (servers, networks).
- manage local and cloud backups.
- maintain updated inventory of equipment and software licenses.
*requirements*:
- technical degree or bachelor's in it, systems, web design, or related field.
- minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- solid knowledge of wordpress, html, css, javascript.
- basic knowledge of networks, hardware, and windows operating systems.
- ability to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently.
- good communication and service orientation.
desirable skills
- knowledge of graphic design tools (canva, photoshop, illustrator).
- basic to intermediate technical english.
