as a lead trainer at molex, you will play a critical role in implementing and monitoring the staff training system to enhance individual and organizational capabilities. You will analyze training needs and partner with leaders to deliver strategic learning programs that drive cultural change and improve the quality of our products and services, making molex de mexico a highly competitive company.
our team
you will be part of the dss division, working closely with plant personnel and reporting to the training coordinator. The team is committed to continuous improvement through effective training and development, supporting all areas of the plant to ensure operational excellence.
what you will do
* collaborate with people leaders to design and deliver tailored training programs that build individual, team, and organizational capabilities.
* identify training needs and recommend solutions, providing expert advice to executives, managers, and staff.
* support and respond to regulatory learning program requirements.
* develop and assist in executing annual learning plans aligned to business needs.
* evaluate and manage relationships with internal and external training providers.
* monitor and analyze the impact of training initiatives using kpis and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* maintain a network of trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training quality and consistency.
* support lean, 5s, ehs, and quality programs by adhering to best practices and driving workplace improvements.
* ensure compliance with control plans and safety standards related to training and operations.
who you are (basic qualifications)
* bachelor's degree in education, psychology, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* proven relevant experience in learning & development, including curriculum design and learning needs analysis.
* proficient in salesforce and lms platforms, with strong excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) and knowledge of power bi.
* english communication skills at an advanced level (b2 independent user or higher).
* ability to work assertively and systematically in a multi-project environment, driving results and embracing change.
what will put you ahead
* certification or diploma in adult learning, training, or related fields.
* lean certification (yellow belt, green belt, or similar).
* previous experience in manufacturing processes related to your area of responsibility.
* demonstrated ability to design and deliver leadership and management development solutions.
