- production bottle neck follow up and cycle time analysis to detect improvements.
- monitor and organize event in the production kpis, jidoka, 0-100 program, customer incidents and esh to identify continuous improvement projects.
- document, report and register the improvement project in the system. and/or data base.
- participate and support in the plant/corporate projects implementation and workshops together with cbs
- responsible to ensure the proper follow up of cbs methods such as visual management, standard work, 5s, etc.
- support problem solving workshops and tool implementation
- to be involved in new or mandatory requirements of method/tool implementations regarding to continuos improvement e.g. Standard work, jishuken, vsm, tpm etc.
- management of implemented projects: tpm, lsw, pulse, standard work, jishuken, etc.
- consolidate and share productivity matrix.
- execute jishuken yearly program for process in charge.

'- participate in internal/external/customer audits as well as generate action plans as result of the audit
- request purchasing orders result of the production project needs.
- participate in new product launch activities or process changes that may affect the performance of the current production situation.
