Strategic finance leadership role
we are seeking a skilled strategic finance leader to drive performance and embed operational excellence in our plant. As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will collaborate directly with the plant director to deliver targeted results.
key responsibilities:
* lead finance role with responsibility for delivering strategic objectives.
* main driver and change agent for initiatives such as operational excellence.
* lead business and financial reporting activities, estimates and analysis.
* capital planning owner.
* perform tactical analysis to support solid decision making.
requirements:
* completed degree in accountancy, economics or administration.
* fluent english.
* minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a lead management role.
* minimum 3-5 years direct manufacturing experience, or 3-5 years financial analysis experience.
* a visible and passionate leader with personal courage to recommend/make difficult decisions.
