*about this job*
ensure the proper functioning of facilities across more than 20 lululemon stores by promptly addressing preventive and corrective maintenance requests.
additionally, ensure the efficient management of suppliers and follow-up on service agreements.
*what you will do*
*request management*
- receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance requests submitted by store managers.
- provide timely follow-up and effective resolutions for issues related to facilities, equipment, and furnishings.
- control and optimize opex.
*supplier supervision*:
- coordinate communication with suppliers providing service agreements (e.g., electricity, plumbing, painting, air conditioning).
- ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards for contracted services.
- review and approve work completed by suppliers.
*preventive and corrective maintenance*:
- implement and supervise a preventive maintenance program across all stores.
- identify areas for improvement in facilities to prevent future issues.
*administrative control*:
- record and document all maintenance requests, associated costs, and resolution times.
- generate monthly reports for management on maintenance status and supplier performance.
*regulatory compliance*:
- ensure that all facilities comply with safety regulations and brand standards.
*qualifications*
- education: engineer or architect
- at least 4 years in similar roles, preferably in retail.
- experience managing maintenance for multi-site facilities.
- proficient in supplier management and service agreements.
- strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- effective communication and internal customer service abilities.
- problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
