warehouse systems analyst it – tijuana
reporting to the warehouse manager, the warehouse systems analyst it’s role involves:
what a typical day looks like
* responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
* assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
* may assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
* collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
* prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources.
* create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
* audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
* proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
* where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements related to metric tracking activities.
* tracks warehouse management performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
* design, manage and control all data investigation tools.
* a background in medical industry is desired.
the experience we’re looking to add to our team
* intermediate english
* typically requires a bachelor’s degree
* mrp system knowledge
* project management skills.
* basic-mid knowledge in level processes
* programming and database management experience: c++, c#, aspx, angular, ms visual basic, ms sql, oracle db, ssr and ms azure.
