responsibilities
* help clients manage and resolve their tax-related financial debts.
schedule & location
monday-friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; saturday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
location: playas de chapultepec, ensenada, b.c. (on-site position).

* paid training: 5 days (includes free lunch).

requirements
* minimum 1 year experience in hard sales, collections, debt relief, or mortgage (call center experience required).
* fluent in english.
* excellent communication skills.
* intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
* strong presentation and responsibility skills.
* typing test required during the interview.
