what we’re looking for
we are seeking a data-driven and business-oriented professional to join our sales operations team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking to support commercial decision-making and process optimization.
this role will be instrumental in driving sales efficiency through data analysis, crm management, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should be comfortable working with bi tools, crm platforms, and large datasets to generate actionable insights.
key responsibilities
* sales data analysis & visualization (sfdc & tableau)
design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor kpis, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
* crm administration (salesforce)
manage and optimize salesforce workflows, automate processes, and provide user support to ensure system efficiency and adoption.
* cross-functional collaboration work with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align data strategies with business objectives, supporting initiatives and enabling agile action.
* commercial optimization
propose data-backed solutions to improve sales productivity, territory management, and closing effectiveness.
* reporting & bi automation
develop and maintain territory maps, sops, and business reports using tools such as tableau, sap, sfdc and other bi platforms.
required qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business analytics, or related fields.
* experience with crm, preferably salesforce and tableau, plus knowledge of data programming languages.
* strong presentation and communication skills.
* based in mexico city with availability for hybrid work.
* english level b2 or above
