We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an english and spanish customer support representative. This role will involve providing exceptional support to our english and french-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
responsibilities
* provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
* handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
* assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
* troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support to customers.
* document all interactions and transactions accurately in the crm system.
* collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
* identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
* stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
* meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
qualifications
* fluent in both english and spanish (written and verbal) is required.
* previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* proficiency in using crm systems and other customer support tools.
