Job Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Management & Needs Analysis
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers through regular communication, needs analysis, and solution identification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- End-to-End Order Management
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process from quote to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the order process.
- Sales Targets & Data Analysis
- Set and achieve annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and customs teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and compliance.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points to drive product iteration or service process improvements.
- Risk Control & Compliance Management
- Identify and mitigate international trade risks to ensure business operations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance policies and procedures.
