nexaminds is actively seeking a a data-driven web and business analytics specialist with a strong background in e-commerce and subscription models to drive actionable insights across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in analytics tools like amplitude, ga4, and google tag manager (gtm), and has experience using data to optimize performance, conversion rates, and user engagement.

qualifications we are looking for:


* 3–5 years of experience in web/business analytics, preferably within e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
* hands-on experience with amplitude, google analytics 4 (ga4), and google tag manager (gtm).
* strong understanding of digital customer journeys, funnel analysis, and user segmentation.
* ability to plan and execute tagging strategies to support business and product analytics needs.
* experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., looker, tableau, power bi).
* ability to interpret data, tell stories, and influence stakeholders with insights.
* proficiency in excel/google sheets; sql knowledge is a plus.

nice to have:

* experience with marketing attribution models and tools.
* familiarity with a/b testing platforms (e.g., optimizely, vwo).
* knowledge of crm and lifecycle marketing tools.
* experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., shopify, woocommerce) or subscription billing tools.

job duties:

* analyze website and user behavior data using amplitude, ga4, and other analytics tools.
* manage and implement tracking via google tag manager (gtm), ensuring clean, reliable data collection.
* develop dashboards and reports to monitor kpis for e-commerce and subscription funnels.
* translate complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
* collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive data-informed decisions.
* identify opportunities for a/b testing and optimization of user journeys.
* monitor performance of customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies.
* support customer segmentation and cohort analysis to inform personalization and lifecycle campaigns.
