You will design cohesive worlds inspired by disney films with vibrant casual game art style, handling the entire creative process from initial sketches to polished renders.
* conceive and design complete environment compositions from creative briefs
* create cohesive worlds inspired by disney films with vibrant casual game art style
* develop environments from initial sketches through to final polished renders
* apply expert perspective, composition, lighting, and color theory
* design environments that support storytelling and evoke emotion
* establish and maintain visual consistency across multiple environments
* collaborate with game designers to ensure environments support gameplay
* iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining artistic vision
required qualifications
* 4+ years in game environment art
* portfolio demonstrating exceptional environment concept and rendering skills
* mastery of composition, lighting, color, perspective
* experience in casual vibrant game styles
* ability to work from briefs and iterate
* strong storytelling through environments
* spoken english at medium level
* based in brazil
* animation, film or visual development background
* deep knowledge of disney films and their environmental design language
* blender or photoshop 3d skills
* understanding of gameplay-environment synergy
* speed painting
• complete environment compositions (from concept to final render)
• examples of disney-inspired or vibrant casual game environments
• sketches/concepts showing ideation process
• finished renders demonstrating mastery of light, color, and atmosphere
• at least 8-12 environment pieces showing range (interiors, exteriors, various themes)
