Overview
we are hiring an auxiliar de cocina (weekend) to support our kitchen operations on saturdays and sundays. The role is located in multiple restaurant branches across guadalajara, tlaquepaque, and surrounding areas.
responsibilities
* assist with food preparation and assembly of dishes.
* maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
* perform stock requisitions and inventory management (peps).
* support front‑of‑house staff with customer service duties.
* work a full‑time schedule, primarily on weekends but may include weekday shifts as needed.
qualifications
* minimum age 18 years.
* secondary education completed (preferable).
* prior experience in cooking or customer service (at least 6 months recommended).
* proactive, reliable, and gender inclusive.
* fluency in spanish.

work hours & location
* typical shift: saturdays 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., sundays 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (some locations have varying schedules).
* 8‑hour shifts; may include weekday duties depending on demand.
* locations: several branches including plaza foor, plaza fórum, lupes bbq, and gorderon in tlaquepaque centro.
salary
competitive daily or weekly rates ranging from $280 free per day up to approximately $2,070 weekly, based on location and experience.
