what you will do:
* conduct follow-up calls
* handle operational conflicts and issues, by investigating and resolving conflicting situations
* engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the community
* coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls, or emails
* manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via calls
* address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary
what you need to succeed in this role:
* native spanish and excellent english communication skills (both written and verbal at c1 level) is a must
* solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills
* experience within the food tech industry
* experience handling data in google sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must
* ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously
* proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities
* detail-oriented approach
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* personal laptop or computer (at least 8gb of ram) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 mbps–download and 40 mbps–upload)
