create high-fidelity prototypes for ux research testing using industry-leading tools.
translate complex design languages into reusable code libraries.
develop scalable and accessible components that adhere to our brand and animation standards.
document your work comprehensively and communicate effectively with development teams.be part of a collaborative team – work closely with the ux designers, accessibility specialists, content strategists, and ux researchers in a collaborative team-oriented environment to lead the project from a ux development perspective, and create new components and tools to be used across our entire organization.
advocate for the user's needs while developing features that align to the needs of the user.be an effective communicator – share ideas, participate in peer-reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills.
justify and articulate development decisions during code reviews.
lead brainstorming sessions with product teams, and share outcomes using excellent written and verbal communication skills.be curious & innovative – continuously update yourself with next generation user experiences, technology, and contribute to process development practices.
