We are seeking a director, commercial execution, femsa with a proven ability to implement initiatives, develop marketing strategy and analyze market data to make a global impact for the world's most recognized brands. You'll support strategies with franchise operations and bottlers, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records. The success candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to provide visibility on highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.
what you'll do for us
* lead excellence cup plan and follow up
* lead pos execution (ice/red) across channels (tt, op, mt).
* own participation and alignment in the ice / red planning process, ensuring plans are cascaded effectively to zones and bottlers from a channel strategy perspective.
* ensure digital tools (juntos + & advisor) leverage execution at pos.
* lead connection and collaboration with the kof senior director of commercial execution and commercial team.
qualifications & requirements
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management with a master's degree is preferred.
* 10 - 15 years within the ko system minimum or within the industry. Desired marketing and commercial experience. Recommended bottler marketing or commercial strategy experience and understanding of retail (modern, traditional and on premise channel).
* key knowledge: strategy, leadership, problem solving, influencing & strategic communication, team management.
* must have experience as a business partner with direct bottler or manufacturing experience in the food and beverage industry and how to develop capacity plans to meet customer demand.
* must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management and demonstration a track record for delivering positive revenue results.
