our compression service organization is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated financial analyst to join our compression service finance team. You will be responsible for overall financial activities of our business, including but not limited to project financials (controlling & reporting), reconciliations, invoicing and financial analysis.

how you’ll make an impact
* collaborate with project managers to provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle — from sales phase to execution — in alignment with se guidelines and contractual agreements.
* oversee all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects, including revenue recognition, financial planning, capex/opex control, risk and opportunity management, and profit and cash flow optimization.
* ensure full compliance with ifrs 15, local gaap, internal controls, reporting standards, and all relevant legal, tax, and foreign exchange regulations.
* manage project-related finance topics, including project accounting, compliance, legal matters, and issues related to the new collaboration model, ensuring commercial accuracy and transparency.
* prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, financial performance, risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
* support special assignments and audits, interacting with internal teams and external auditors as needed; travel up to 25% may be required depending on project needs and location.
what you bring
* bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or equivalent experience, with 5–7 years of professional experience in related fields.
* strong project management, negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and clearly interpret and present financial data.
* thorough understanding of ifrs and siemens energy financial reporting guidelines (frgs), with a commitment to lean processes and automation initiatives.
* high proficiency in sap and microsoft office applications, supported by excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
* hands-on experience with business analytics tools such as alteryx, power bi, tableau, or similar, and a proactive interest in applying artificial intelligence to solve business challenges.
* proven ability to anticipate issues and implement mitigating actions, work effectively in team-oriented environments, and communicate fluently in english (advanced level required).
