*what you ´ll do*:
- executes tasks relating to administrative support with mínimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines.
- researches, compiles and issues special reports, financial data, presentations, organizational charts, etc..
- provides financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend.
- provides information by answering questions and requests within the organization and team.
- arranges business-critical internal/external events, including itineraries, accommodation, registration, etc.
- manages leadership's calendar, ensures timeliness and completeness.
- coordinates meetings and creates agendas, records, and meeting minutes.
- makes business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for leadership and/or team members.
*what makes you a good fit*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
master's degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategic support roles, ideally in fmcg or multinational environments.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., power bi, tableau).
- excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- high degree of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in english; additional languages a plus.
- comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
