on-road sales team
. This leader will play a critical role in scaling our go-to-market efforts for powerfleet's on-road platform—an advanced, ai-powered solution suite designed to help fleet operators gain real-time visibility, leverage predictive analytics, and automate compliance. Our on-road solutions enable customers to optimize routes, increase driver safety, improve asset utilization, and reduce costs across their operations.

key responsibilities
lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on powerfleet's on-road platform
drive consistent sales execution across all stages of the pipeline—from lead qualification through close
implement, maintain, and optimize sales processes that support forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
serve as the primary sales operations leader for the on-road division, partnering with revenue operations, marketing, and product
champion the use of salesforce as a central sales tool; support crm adoption and contribute to system enhancements (implementation experience a plus)
define performance metrics, monitor kpis, and ensure accountability across the sales team
collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies, share market insights, and support enterprise growth initiatives
act as a cultural leader within the team—fostering focus, energy, and a commitment to exceeding targets
qualifications
proven experience managing high-performing b2b sales teams; saas, aiot, telematics, or transportation/fleet management industry experience preferred
strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
hands-on experience with salesforce; experience in crm optimization or implementation is a strong plus
comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, scaling environment
passionate about building teams, coaching individuals, and driving performance
excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust course quickly
