Acting as a key link between carriers, suppliers, and internal teams, the logistics operations analyst supports the day-to-day 4 pl operations, sustaining high service levels for our clients.ensure accurate and timely entry of transportation and shipment details into logistics management systems, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.verify compliance with all necessary documentation requirements including bills of lading (bol), invoices, and customs documents to support smooth transit and regulatory adherence.support comprehensive reporting activities, including tracking shipment performance, cost monitoring, and key performance indicators (kpis), offering insights to optimise operations.maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate coordinated and efficient logistics operations.a university degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering or a related field is preferred.minimum of 1–2 years' experience in logistics, freight transportation or supply chain operations with demonstrable success in managing complex shipments.proficiency in ms office suite and experience using logistics platforms such as transportation management systems.advanced english language skills to support communication in an international business environment.as an logistics operations analyst, you will contribute directly to the optimisation of logistics processes, enhancing the responsiveness and reliability of our supply chain services.
