we seek an hr business recruiting partner to drive organizational success through strategic people management by partnering with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies, provide expert advice on hr policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and retention.
* design and deploy data-driven hr tools and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and foster a culture of accountability and high engagement.
* focus on compensation and benefits, providing expert guidance to the hrbp team and ensuring equitable, competitive, and sustainable practices.
qualifications:
* demonstrate expertise in managing complexity and solving problems using multiple perspectives and data sources.
* display a strong understanding of business drivers and external market trends, applying insights to inform hr strategy.
* hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* possess at least 3 years of experience as an hr business partner, with exposure to strategic initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders.
* exhibit advanced english proficiency, both written and spoken, due to collaboration with global teams.
* demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder communication.
