The primary role of the Demand Planner is to establish and refine an item level demand plan using statistical and analytical tools, intelligence gathering, and internal and external collaboration. The improvement of forecast accuracy and bias metrics are the key business measures used to determine effectiveness and process control.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Maintain the 18 month demand plan at the component / SKU level
2. Create and Maintain the Planning Bill of Materials for the assigned Product Lines
3. Conduct analysis to determine biggest drivers of MAPE & Bias and root cause analysis
4. Support the weekly and monthly demand planning activities to support the Product Review & Demand Agreement step of the S&OP; Process
5. Monitor and adjust accordingly the customer sku-level demand plan using analytical and statistical tools, intelligence gathering and collaboration
6. Work closely with the Variant Configurator teams and the Data Governance organization to build and maintain a strong data integrity culture with adherence to the rules developed by the new data organization
7. Manage the Independent Component Demand for external customers
8. Collaborate with the PMAT Demand Planners, Buyer/Planners, and NPD Planners to ensure we are working off of the same assumptions
9. Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams to provide updates on new and discontinued items, transitions, and launches
Experiencia y requisitos

EDUCATION - Bachelors/University degree in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant business experience required. - APICs or other supply chain certification (CSSBB, CPIM, CSP, PMP, CPM, etc.) preferred. Experience in SAP ECC, APO/SCM, BW preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE - 1-3 years of Demand Planning or relevant Supply Chain experience. - Planning, analytical assessment, or process management related - ERP/demand planning systems experience preferred. ENGLISH LEVEL : 90%

Supply Chain Specialist

The Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) supports the Operations and Commercial teams for Unimacts. The SCS supports all aspects of the Unimacts order to delivery processes. The SCS is responsible for reviewing Customer POs and in turn will convert these orders into supplier POs to our global team and supply base. The SCS will collaborate with the Operations and Commercial Senior Executives, working with them to respond to all inquiries from customers and suppliers, regarding the status of product moving through the supply chain. The SCS will reconcile orders, contracts, commercial and accounting documents and ensure accuracy for all buying and supply chain logistics planning needs. The SCS will also be responsible for supply-demand matching and ensuring that the supply chain has a steady state supply of inventory in order to support JIT delivery to customers from multiple warehouse locations around the world.
QUALIFICATIONS
