*tasks and responsibilities*
- set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- deploy and maintain desktop, thin client stations
- deploy and maintain printers, scanners, and other input devices
- deploy and maintain desktop phones, soft-phones, and conference room equipment
- operate and maintain local area networks, track significant problems and monitor performance
- ensure that all it equipment complies with industry standards
- analyze and resolve issues, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password;
- train and support users with varying levels of it knowledge and competence
- participate in both long and short term technology planning '
- maintain material traceability as required.

- ability to communicate clearly and effectively to users
- 10 years of experience or higher
- computers and related technologies
- components of local area networks
- local area network architecture
- microsoft operating systems windows 7, 8, 10, server 201x
- microsoft products such as office 2016, office 365, teams
- understanding of thin client technology citrix, rds
- knowledge of windows active directory, azuread
