Responsibilities
* manage u.s. labor service providers, including vendor communication, service quality tracking, and workforce process management.
* monitor daily workforce‑related data, including working hours and attendance, track key metrics, and drive timely resolution and closure of exceptions.
* own the full‑cycle recruitment process for full‑time employees in the u.s., including job posting, résumé screening, interview coordination, and recruitment progress tracking.
* support hr initiatives for full‑time employees, including talent development, employee retention, employee experience, and employee relations.
* assist in implementing headquarters hr policies and supporting day‑to‑day administrative operations in the u.s. region.
qualifications
* strong execution skills, sense of ownership, and communication and coordination abilities.
* familiarity with basic u.s. labor laws and workforce management practices.
* prior experience in recruitment, employee relations, or labor/vendor management is preferred.
* ability to thrive in a fast‑paced business environment, with strong problem‑solving and follow‑through capabilities.
* proficiency in both english and chinese as working languages is preferred; spanish language skills are a plus.
