Job summary
the engineering executive role involves assisting the manager in specialist skills for manufacturing execution systems (mes), electricity, or automation. This includes enhancing business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while ensuring safety and environment are not compromised.

key responsibilities
to support and monitor capital investments in terms of technical soundness, costs, and resources. Ensure process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment. Manage modifications of solutions in line with market and local legislation. Support initiatives related to innovation & renovation and continuous improvement.
requirements
* minimum 2 years of experience in automation or mes engineer with electrical experience.
* experience in personnel supervision of technical teams, contractors, or other 3rd parties.
* participation in project development as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* self-management following defined kpis/objectives.
