You will administer all aspects of the rebate program and provide related metrics and data analysis and assure the timely and error-free payment of rebate commitments to customers.what you will be doing: process required reports to calculate customer rebates, ensuring an error-free result work closely with finance to ensure an accurate accrual for rebates manage rebates-related communications with steelcase salespeople, dealers and clients process all payments to customers for rebate programs. Development of rebate volume reports for the sales field and other internal teams providing assistance to promote improvements and automation within rebate systems other duties as assigned. Who you are: minimum qualificationsbachelor's degree in international business, accounting, or a related business field — or equivalent hands-on experience advanced english as a must. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role where you've supported business operations background in one or more of the following areas: sales support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or customer service comfortable using excel at an intermediate level (e.g., working with formulas, filters, pivot tables) desired skills and experiencehands-on experience with sap team player.
