*about the role*:
join our team as a *qa auditor*, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards in corporate social responsibility (csr), quality, and environmental management.
we're looking for an experienced auditor with a strong understanding of standards like *smeta, ecovadis, iso*, and other relevant frameworks.
*responsibilities*:
- conduct onsite *factory assessments* and collaborate with suppliers to resolve *non-conformances*.
- document audit findings and maintain comprehensive *non-conformance reports (nc)*.
- coordinate with *third-party audit firms* for csr, quality management systems (qms), and environmental management systems (ems) audits as needed.
- maintain and update supplier audit data in *stocktools/gravity* to ensure *csr compliance*.
- track and support achievement of *csr kpis* annually.
- assist in *quality control (qc) functions*, contributing to the broader quality assurance efforts.
*skills and experience*:
- proven experience conducting audits in csr, qms, and ems domains.
- familiar with standards and frameworks such as *smeta, ecovadis*, and *iso 9001/14001*.
- excellent reporting, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- experience with audit tracking tools such as *stocktools* or *gravity* is a plus.
- strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
