Responsibilities / typical duties
perform service management for upstream and business segment applications in the oil and gas industry; collaborate with service management teammates in the united states, canada, and india.
Report critical outages to management and business partners until resolution; handle issues that are complex, confidential, and sensitive in nature.
Work with different pods teams for production releases; handle incidents/problems in the production environment and respond to user queries from different markets.
Cooperate with the existing site reliability engineering team/global support team to support all power platform applications.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure issues are followed up and resolved.
Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support and stability.
Be willing to try new technologies and quickly produce proof of concept.
Mandatory skillsets
strong skills in microsoft power apps (canvas & model), power automate, dataverse and power platform.
Coordinate & collaborate with india and us-based teams during early mornings or late evenings as required on a case-to-case basis.
The candidate might also be required to take shifts to support us time zone.
