objective of the role: the ic1 sre engineer i is responsible for supporting the reliability, availability, and performance of the company's it infrastructure and applications. This entry-level role focuses on ensuring the stability and efficiency of systems through monitoring, automation, and incident response, contributing to the overall success of it operations.
responsibilities
* system monitoring: assist in the implementation and maintenance of monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of infrastructure and applications.
* incident response: participate in incident response activities, helping to diagnose and resolve system reliability issues.
* automation: support the development and implementation of automation scripts and tools to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
* performance analysis: collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues, providing actionable insights.
* documentation: maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
* collaboration: work closely with other it team members to support reliability engineering projects and initiatives.
* learning and development: continuously develop technical skills and knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
* security compliance: assist in implementing security measures to protect systems and ensure compliance with security policies.

qualifications
