We are currently seeking a *resource manager *to be based out of our *mexico city* studio.

*the role*- you are responsible for the efficient and effective allocation, planning, and day-to-day work-flow management of studio resources.- you will run weekly resourcing meetings with the mxc team where you will collaborate to make sure all deadlines and priorities are met.- you will provide core support for all employees and acting as central contact for each team to communicate through.- you will work in partnership with the studio leadership teams and global resource director to improve the quality and efficiency of our design work to ensure projects are completed to budget and on time.- you will utilize our work management software on a daily basis to identify employee capacity and resourcing needs.
*what we're looking for*- experience in relationship management, resource management, and program coordination, preferably in a branding/design firm or agency environment.- experience sourcing and managing freelancers in order to ensure that the studio is resourced effectively and efficiently- experience using work management software to manage resourcing needs- ability to effectively manage projects and work under tight deadlines- solid understanding of design project functions, their requirements, and workflows- ability to quickly prioritize, problem solve, and provide clear communication on expectations/needs.- proficient in working across multiple time zones.- comfortable working with confidential information.
