*we will count on you to*:- direct responsibility for hub service delivery model of the off-shore fp&a team, to ensure a successful partnership with on-shore fp&a in support of the business and associated client teams.- develop slas & kpis for team and ensure metrics are met.- develop and maintain standardized operations and procedures.- maintain control environment, as well as the timely and accurate delivery of financial information.- actively manages staff and develops colleagues and teams.- develop, lead and mentor colleagues to maintain best in class service levels.- lead team in identifying opportunities to improve operating efficiency, develop solutions, achieve consensus for change and drive projects through implementation.
*what you need to have*:- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.- 5+ *years* experience in accounting, finance; 2-3 years supervisory experience- advanced user of microsoft excel
