Marketing manager – meztal
we're hiring a strategic, relationship‑driven marketing manager to support a portfolio of u.s. Life plan communities. This is not a digital marketing role—it requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate daily with sales directors, managers, and external vendors.
Frequent travel to the u.s. is strongly required.
Responsibilities
lead marketing strategy and execution for multiple communities
partner daily with sales directors, guiding them with clear, data‑backed recommendations
collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, printers, speakers, list providers)
manage direct mail programs, events, creative materials, and marketing calendars
coordinate presentations, speakers, timelines, and production details
review performance using salesforce, power bi and event metrics to make strategic recommendations
maintain updated marketing assets and community websites
communicate ideas clearly and persuasively with managers and stakeholders
requirements
degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
10+ years of marketing experience
strong strategic mindset and ability to see the big picture
excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
experience as an account manager or in marketing operations (strong plus)
comfortable working closely with sales teams and influencing decisions
experience with direct mail, events, or vendor management (plus)
ability and willingness to travel frequently to the u.s. (approximately 30 days/year)
