responsibilidades
* responsable de vender productos vía telefónica con cuotas establecidas por mes.
* encargado de ponerse en contacto con la base de clientes para lograr ventas y colocación de producto durante la llamada.
* brindar información acerca del producto, sus características, funcionalidad y precio, asesorando acerca de que producto cubre mejor la necesidad del cliente, todo esto con la única finalidad de convencer a los prospectos y cerrar la venta.
* tratar con amabilidad y entusiasmo a todos los contactos.
* trabajar por medio de metas establecidas por la compañía.
* dar seguimiento a clientes oportuno para evitar agotamiento de producto.
requisitos
* diploma de secundaria o equivalente
* de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en venta telefónica a través de un callcenter, televentas, telemarketing
* manejo de office a nivel intermedio.
* capacidad para operar una computadora y navegar a través de funciones.
* sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
* excelentes habilidades en ventas.
