* develop corporate strategies in the operations area in coordination with the board of directors and management.
* manage resources and budget for the operations department to achieve maximum productivity.
* supervise the operations area, ensuring proper functioning of personnel and materials.
* lead the production department, maintaining quality, service, and efficiency.
* provide leadership to the team, contributing to a favorable work environment, teamwork, and motivation.
* participate in the recruitment, selection, induction, and training process for the team.
* offer excellent service to all levels of the company.
* manage and coordinate training to enhance the technical skills of the team.
* ensure optimal use of resources in operations.
* reduce costs and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* manage conflicts and ensure operational stability.
requirements
* education: bachelor's degree in engineering, it, business administration, or mba.
* languages: advanced english (fluent).
* experience: over 5 years in operational management roles.
* experience as a leader or project manager related to information technology.
