fullstack .net developer

you are going to take ownership of the entire build-to-run pipeline for multiple legacy .net services being migrated to .net 8 and deployed on azure kubernetes service (aks). The engineer must be equally comfortable fixing gulp/npm build chains, writing dockerfiles, and creating azure devops release pipelines.
responsibilities
* end-to-end build enablement
o ensure successful local compilation of .net 8 projects and associated frontend bundles.
o diagnose and fix gulp + npm build scripts for legacy web assets.
* containerisation & runtime configuration
o write secure, multi-stage dockerfiles; configure volumes, ports, and environment variables.
o validate containers locally (docker compose up) and resolve dependency issues.
* ci/cd pipeline ownership
o design and maintain azure devops yaml pipelines for build, test, image push, and aks deploy.
o embed quality gates (linting, unit tests, vulnerability scan) and secret injection (key vault).
* aks deployment & troubleshooting
o create/maintain helm charts (values, probes, resource limits).
o debug live issues in pods (logs, crashloopbackoff, networking, tls, sql connectivity).
* knowledge transfer & pairing
o pair program with developers to replicate a working pattern across six services.
o produce checklists/runbooks so every engineer can compile, containerise, and deploy independently.
requirements
* 5 years of relevant experience developing with .net.
* .net 6/7/8 on linux: migrate from .net framework 4.8, update configs, manage ef/sql connections in containers.
* docker & docker compose: multi-stage builds, entrypoints, health checks, debugging inside/outside containers.
* azure devops (yaml): build/release pipelines, variable groups, service connections, approvals.
* kubernetes / aks: helm, ingress, tls certs, config maps, secrets, scaling, kubectl troubleshooting.
* sql server inside containers: connection strings, pooling, performance tuning, migrations.
* git: branching, prs, conflict resolution under tight timelines.
* advanced english level.
nice to have
* static code analysis (sonarqube, trivy) integration into pipelines.
* basic angular debugging for ui components served by the legacy web apps.
soft skills
* proven ability to lead by example in high-pressure remediation scenarios.
* clear, concise communication of blockers and risk mitigation steps.
* experience running pair-programming or war-room sessions to upskill peers rapidly
