To provide analysis and financial support to the business ensuring total transparency and accomplish of results. What are my responsibilities?
Take full financial & commercial responsibility for assigned ea contracts providing guidance and advice as need on all commercial and financial topics during the execution phase.
Oversee finance processes (forecast, budget, month-end closing); ensure financial statements comply with siemens’ guidelines and local regulations.
Risk & opportunity management; drive ownership among project management team for mitigation of risks and realization of opportunities.
Identification and preparation of claims and negotiating settlements with suppliers / customers.,
performing commercial activities such as: creations of forwards, data cleansing for balance sheet, and p&l accounts in projects.
Follow up of accounts payables and receivables.
Provision of accurate and timely management information to project management, finance function and local and divisional hqs
creation, tracking and cancellation of guarantees in projects.
Work closely with project managers and operational colleagues to support process and productivity improvement initiatives.
Actively communication with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues in projects.
What do you need to qualify for this job?
You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or similar.
Prior experience in a commercial role of project management execution.
Good knowledge of project management methodologies is needed.
Knowledge of financial statements and international financial reporting standards (ifrs).
Experience of working in sap (spyridon or similar) is needed.
Good knowledge of microsoft office, and other apps such as power bi, project dash are desirable.
English medium or advance level is mandatory.
Experience working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams.
Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
A person who knows how to be self-organized.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Very proactive person, willing to take new challenges.
