what does a production manager do at hogarth?

their main role is to ensure that clients\' expectations are met and exceeded by delivering high-quality products and services on time and within budget. The pm will oversee leading and managing multiple projects in a multidisciplinary production environment. Production and post-production workflows knowledge are necessary.

duties:

* binds and interprets client briefs properly to set the correct tasks for the internal operational teams according to the activities needed such as creativity, animation, filming, audio, programming, retouching, composing.
* lead production projects for high-end production, content production, print and postproduction both for digital and non-digital channels.
* building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all their inquiries and ensuring that their needs are met. They work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance within the production process, and offer solutions that will enhance their experience with the company.
* managing multiple projects simultaneously. They oversee the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client\'s satisfaction. They coordinate with other team members, including the production manager, creative director, and technical teams, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently.
* maintaining open communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other departments. They keep everyone informed about project progress, challenges, and any other issues that may arise.
* owns and controls finance trackers updating on a daily basis the projects advances and invoicing situation to provide clear information to the finance department and general manager.
* generate estimates based on rate cards and take care of the project profitability according to agreed projects timelines.
* prepares projects overages in case they apply.
* identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process. They use their problem-solving skills to find solutions quickly and effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
* makes sure client deliverables comply with size, format, and quality to be deployed on digital and non-digital channels.
* overall, a pm plays a critical role in ensuring that clients receive high-quality products and services. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, from client onboarding to project delivery, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.

requirements:

* b.a or b.b.a in film production, communication, marketing and advertising or business administration.
* knowledge and experience on production, postproduction, trafficking workflows including production process and deliverable format for video, digital and print materials.
* promote teamwork.
* more than 2 years of experience in a similar position
* english proficiency (interview will be conducted in english).

about the role

this is a client facing role and requires the ability to manage the client's needs through the whole project life cycle of high-profile, high-volume, fast turnaround omni-channel campaigns. The person we are seeking will need excellent english and have experience of working on cross media campaigns including digital, video, print & ooh. The project manager will oversee multiple brands simultaneously, engaging with stakeholders at various levels.

how you will make an impact:

* lead the end-to-end management of global omni-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless localization and adaptation through to delivery.
* manage all relevant aspects of receiving and deciphering client media plans, creating estimates, briefing resource (internal and external) through to final delivery (delivery platforms, media agencies, ftp, box)
* lead the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of creative, clearly communicating and resolving issues that may arise.
* brief our internal studios on project requirements and ensure schedules are adhered to; provide clear and concise planning and communication to all involved teams & stakeholders.
* ensure all creative work is built to spec and adheres to brand guidelines
* anticipate, obtain, and communicate feedback and work with internal teams to adjust/respond to feedback.
* experience managing production and assets for multiple languages and countries.
* strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
* proven success building solid client/partner relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
* client brief, cross-agency meetings, coordination, estimates, budget tracking, reconciliations and invoices

about you

you are ideally coming from a creative and/or production agency and have a strong background in digital, video, print and ooh. You are experienced in delivering high-volume, fast turnaround campaigns for international brands, focused on localization. You are confident in challenging assumptions, and you can clearly articulate solutions. You have a can-do attitude and excellent communication and leadership skills, and you are comfortable in showing them adopting this approach with all clients, partners, and your colleagues. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and you are a proactive problem solver. You are commercially minded and pro-actively seek opportunities to present ideas and solutions to clients to expand the breadth of the given brief and or identify additional service opportunities.

amazon mexico fulfillment operations is seeking a process engineer (pe) to work in the aces (amazon customer excellence systems) team. The pe team is a group of operational leaders driving process stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement for the amazon fulfilment network. This team is essential to establish best in class network performance across all process paths, accelerate implementation of technological advancements and to strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the fc network. As amazon mexico continues to rapidly grow the fc footprint and infuse the organization with new talent, we need to ensure the operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver expected gains for technology advances and network-wide process improvements. The team would drive process control and shifting mean performance with the outcome of minimizing variation between shifts, building and region, to deliver strong op performance. The team will work closely with the aces pm, launch teams, operations, engineering and reliability and maintenance (rme) teams to improve the input metrics for each of the process paths by prioritizing and channeling resources to address gaps in these input metrics.

amazon seeks a centralized flow manager to lead our outbound flow operations across multiple fulfillment centers. This role directly impacts our mission to be earth\'s most customer-centric company by ensuring efficient delivery of hundreds of thousands of items daily.

* lead and develop a team of central flow area managers and flow leads in a 24/7 operational environment
* create and execute labor and capacity plans to meet delivery targets
* analyze daily quality and speed metrics to develop strategic action plans
* present operational recommendations to senior leadership across multiple fulfillment centers
* implement best practices across all fulfillment centers through benchmarking and standardization
* train new managers on flow operations and standard settings

a day in the life

as a member of the aces team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects between sites, which involves constant movement and travel from site to site, inside and outside the metropolitan area, seeking to deploy standards, best practices and process audits in all existing fulfillment centers in the country in collaboration with different stakeholders: operations, safety, finance, pxt, tech, engineering, quality. Since the projects managed by aces are of high impact for the network, this position has high visibility towards the top management of the region and involves collaboration with other teams in other regions.
