The sales setter at medlife is crucial in expanding our mission by creating an informative and life-changing experience while motivating volunteers to stay involved with the medlife mission and make a difference in their local communities. This is how your day to day will look like at medlife:
* generate and prospect leads through social media outreach, analyze profiles, and dm new followers to generate outbound leads and increase awareness of medlife's mission.
* qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team or relevant stakeholders.
* manage and execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, video calls, emails, texts) to engage prospects and maintain strong lead relationships.
* lead info sessions, presentations, and webinars to inform, inspire, and recruit potential volunteers and student leaders.
* conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and keep them actively engaged across multiple marketing channels.
* mentor student leaders and support volunteers during service-learning trips, strengthening the connection with med international.
* perform additional volunteer-related interaction tasks as needed to support operational goals.
* collaborate in a hybrid, remote, and cross-cultural work environment, adapting to dynamic priorities and fast-paced workflows.
what will you bring?
* recent graduates of business administration, international development, global health or related fields (this is not a senior position).
* 1+ year of working experience in sales or customer service.
* native-level equivalent english skills required. (it will be evaluated by a certified institution).
* experience in public speaking, working with youth, and managing volunteers.
* cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development issues.
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible about responsibilities.
* live in peru or flexibility to spend some seasons in peru during our slts.

* 1+ year of working experience in international development, global health, sales.
* knowledge about prospecting leads through different channels.
* experience with crm softwares
