A california-based company is rolling out a new social commerce app -- the first in the us to fuse social, marketplace, cryptocurrency and ai into one cohesive consumer platform.
we're currently experiencing rapid customer adoption and revenue ramp, and (in the coming months) are looking to open an office in tijuana, india.
in anticipation of that, we're seeking a tijuana-based product owner that can start working remotely immediately – on a full-time basis.
about the platform:
co-founded by the only other team (other than facebook) to previously dominate the u.s. college market social networking space, we're using our prior experience to roll out this new game-changing highly-patented platform on college campuses too. After saturating the college market we'll then open it to everyone else.
our marketing approach utilizes local feet-on-the-street "territory owners" all over the world. They pay us for the opportunity to own their local territory business and share in the revenue opportunities from their territory. Thousands of territory owners are now joining us each month, as we have started our marketing efforts to attract them.
our platform consists of 3 products: the social app and marketplace mobile apps (c# back-end, react native front-end), and our web-based crm back-office for the territory owners (c# back-end and react/mvc front-end).
key responsibilities:
a) defining product vision and strategy: collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear product vision, roadmap and product backlog that aligns with business goals, and gather product requirements and translate them into clear specifications and user stories for the development team.
b) managing the cross-functional team: working closely with developers, designers, qa and others to ensure clear communication of product requirements and facilitate smooth development processes, to ensure products are launched to customers with speed and quality.
c) run the daily stand-up
compensation would include:
1) monthly cash compensation
2) additional cash bonus (monthly profit share)
3) significant ownership package so that you're participating in the financial upside generated from your hard work, focus and success. If you are successful with us, this will be the last job you have where you're not the ceo or venture capitalist.
