your mission, roles and responsibilities
* manage and coordinate information received from clients effectively, as well as analyze and implement variations both internally and in planning.

* preparing the pic (production planning index) and pdp (production development plan).
* running weekly mrp (material requirements planning) in sap.
* tracking invoicing according to the customer's schedule.
* scheduling trucks for customers.
* promote process improvement by generating improvement ideas.
* clean up sap releases to ensure they are loaded correctly.
* monitor internal and external alerts that could put the customer at risk.

education: industrial engineering, or related fields in business administration or the exact sciences with a focus on internal development.
